Dubbed “A Run for the Cows” the event will include a half marathon, a seven-mile race, and the Mighty Cow Challenge, a half marathon combined with a three-mile warm-up. Children also can take part in the Piglet Prance Fun Run.
Registration fees vary depending on the event and range from $15 for the Piglet Prance to $60 for the Mighty Cow Challenge. All proceeds from the 2016 race will benefit New Pond Farm and its natural science, agriculture, and arts-based programs. For more information, visit www.reddingroadrace.com.
